HAMZA KAMAL / RECOMPILEX

Building systems
from the
ground up.

I build games and tools in C++. From the first line of code to the last little detail, I like figuring out how things work.

Built to figure it out.

02 / DEVELOPER TOOLS

Toolbox C++

A lightweight, header-only library for the helpers I reach for: random numbers, timers, logging, and console input.

Actual Breakout++ gameplay with colorful bricks, a blue paddle, and three lives

03 / ARCADE

Breakout++

A classic brick-breaker, built one collision at a time. An 8 × 5 brick grid, three lives, and a paddle between you and game over.

Actual Pong++ gameplay with two paddles, a moving ball, and the score

04 / WHERE IT STARTED

Pong++

One of my first complete C++ projects. A tutorial-based Pong recreation that I expanded with local two-player support.

02 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE CODE

Hey, I'm Hamza.

I like starting with a blank file
and ending with something that works.

I'm the developer behind RecompileX. My projects explore game mechanics, simulations, and reusable tools, mostly through C++ and raylib. Each one is a chance to understand another piece of the puzzle.

Right now, that means building on the fundamentals: a game loop, a collision, a small utility that makes the next project a little better.
